- Smith.ai clients earn $100/month account credit for each new client referral, as long as the new client remains a paying client and until the referring client's bill reaches $0/month.
- Resellers earn a $60 payment for each new referral that results in a new paying client of either live-staffed receptionists or live-staffed chat; or a $90 payment if the new referral results in a new paying client of both live-staffed receptionist and live-staffed chat. PLUS, resellers earn a percent of referred-client subscription payments: 8% of first-year payments and 4% of second-year payments are paid to the reseller who "re-sold" Smith.ai to the new paying client.
